The smart way to study with AI

How does the WeSolve+ study app protect your data?

Files you upload to WeSolve+ are tied to your account only and are kept encrypted. We do not share the content you upload with third parties, and unused files are cleaned up automatically after a period. You can delete your account and remove all of your data whenever you want.

This page sets out exactly what is collected, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.

What data is collected?

Three groups: your account details (name, email), the content you upload (PDFs, photos, notes) and your study record (questions answered, accuracy, review schedule). Nothing beyond these is tied to your account. Separately, the site runs a cookieless visit counter: it counts which page was opened, which address it was reached from, the country and the browser type. It sets no cookie, builds no identifier that follows you between sites, and is not matched to your account. It does not run on the app screens at all.

What happens to the files I upload?

A file is tied to your account only and kept encrypted. Quizzes, flashcards and the audio recap are generated from it. Unused files are cleaned up automatically after a period, so nothing is kept indefinitely.

Is my data shared with third parties?

The content you upload is never shared: not with another user, another company or an ad network, and questions generated from it appear only in your account. For completeness, the one exception: the company hosting the site (Vercel) sees traffic as any host does, and the cookieless counter described above is kept by them. That counter counts pages rather than people, and it has no access to your files or your study record.

How do I delete my account and my data?

Inside the app, go to Settings → Account to delete your account. Deleting the account also removes the files you uploaded and your study record. The deletion cannot be undone.

Is the AI trained on my content?

The study material you upload is private to your account and is used to generate content for you. Questions stay faithful to the source you uploaded; no outside information is added.

Can anyone else see the PDF I upload?

No. The file is tied to your account only and kept encrypted; no other user has access to it.

How long are my files kept?

Unused files are cleaned up automatically after a period. Content you are actively studying stays in your account.

If I delete my account, are the questions deleted too?

Yes. Deleting the account removes the files you uploaded, the generated questions and your study record together.

Is my data used for advertising?

No. Content you upload is not shared with ad networks.

Does the site use cookies or tracking?

No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. There is only a cookieless visit counter: how many times a page was opened, which address it was reached from, the country and the browser type. It does not run on the app screens and is not matched to your account.
