Which files can it read?
PDFs, photos and typed notes. A photo of handwritten notes works, and so does a scanned book page. The only requirement is that the material can be read as text. Where a topic depends entirely on interpreting a diagram, the generated questions stay within what can be answered from the text. That is a boundary rather than a shortcoming, and it is what keeps the output trustworthy.
Where do the questions come from, and are they reliable?
Questions come only from the file you uploaded. Nothing is drawn from a topic your material does not cover, and no question refers to a figure you cannot see. Each answer carries a short explanation of why it is correct, so a miss does not send you back to the source. Automated generation can still make mistakes; on anything critical before an exam, check your source as well.
What happens to my data?
Files you upload are tied to your account only and kept encrypted. They are not shared with third parties. Unused files are cleaned up automatically after a period, so nothing is kept indefinitely. You can delete your account whenever you want and remove everything you uploaded. The detail is on the privacy policy page.
How far does the free plan go?
There is no time limit; the generation count is what is limited. You get 2 quizzes per day, 2 PDF uploads per day, 2 audio recaps per week and 2 duels per day. That is enough to see how the app handles your own material. Across a full revision term it gets tight, and the way to know when to upgrade is to work one real week and count the times you hit a limit.
Is there an Android version?
There is no separate Android app, and we have no date we can promise for one. What we can say is that wesolveapp.com opens in any browser, including on Android, and iPhone and iPad additionally have an App Store app.
Sources used on this page
Is WeSolve+ free?
It is free to start in your browser and on iOS.
Can it generate questions from handwritten notes?
Yes. Upload a photo of your notes; the requirement is that the writing can be read as text.
Do the questions go beyond my material?
No. Questions come only from the file you uploaded, and none of them refer to a figure you cannot see.
Can I delete my account and my data?
Yes, inside the app under Settings and Account. Deleting the account also removes your files and your study record.
What if my question is not here?
Write to us from the contact page; answered questions get added here.
Can I make unlimited flashcards for free?
Not quite, and the difference matters. There is no cap on cards per upload, so a single file can produce as many as the material supports. The free plan does cap uploads at 2 per day, so cards per day are bounded by that. We would rather state it this way than let you sign up expecting something else.
