The smart way to study with AI

How to reach the WeSolve+ study app team

Support, bug reports, feature requests and partnerships all reach one inbox, and what you put in the first message decides how fast it comes back. For anything that happens while using the app, in app support is quickest because your account and device details are attached to the message automatically.

The app is listed in the App Store Education category with a 5.0 rating and is free to start in your browser and on iOS. Listing: Apple App Store

Something went wrong in the app

Write from inside the app under Settings, then Support. That route is fastest because your account, app version and device details are attached automatically and nobody has to ask for them one at a time. If a file failed to upload or a generation did not behave as expected, naming that file and roughly when it happened shortens the search considerably.

Subscription and billing questions

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store, which means plan changes, renewals and refunds sit on Apple's side. On iPhone open Settings, your Apple account, then Subscriptions to see or cancel your plan. Refund requests also go through the App Store. If something in the app itself is blocking one of those actions, write from in app support and we will look at it together.

Feature requests and bug reports

Requests and bug reports arrive through the same route and both get read. Three things help most in a bug report: what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened instead. Attach a screenshot if you have one. For a feature request, describing the study habit you are trying to solve is more useful than describing the feature itself, because it often has a simpler answer.

Partnerships, press and content

Write if you are a teacher, a creator, a university society or a publication. The same route covers screenshots, the logo and getting the description right. For publications reviewing the app we try to give measured rather than promotional information: what works, and equally where the boundaries are.
